Volto Santo GAMUT Seal of Approval

In 2026, Volto Santo reached an important milestone in our mission to help move fashion forward: being awarded the GAMUT Seal of Approval™ and joining GAMUT at Abilities Expo across Los Angeles, New York/New Jersey and Chicago.

For us, accessibility has never been about creating a separate category of clothing. It has always been about designing better clothing: pieces that consider more people, more bodies and more ways of getting dressed without sacrificing style.

Earning the GAMUT Seal represents an important validation of that approach.

Setting a Standard for Accessible Design

The GAMUT Seal of Approval™ was created to help consumers identify adaptive products that have been authentically developed and evaluated with the disability community in mind. Products are assessed against standards created by experts in the disability space and vetted by people with disabilities, caregivers and industry professionals.

For Volto Santo, the certification goes beyond a badge.

A range of Volto Santo products earned GAMUT certification, including the New York Raised Us Hoodie, Oversized Tearaway Pant, Pinstripe Cordo Shirt Jacket, Waffle Zip-Up Hoodie, Waffle Drawstring Pant, Motion Tee and more.

These pieces represent the idea Volto Santo was built around: thoughtful functionality should be integrated into great design rather than treated as an afterthought.

Fashion can assume less about its wearer, and give them more freedom to make it their own.

Taking Volto Santo to Abilities Expo

Following the certification, Volto Santo joined the GAMUT Village at Abilities Expo, bringing the brand directly to one of the largest communities centered around disability products, technology, resources and experiences.

The 2026 journey began at Abilities Expo Los Angeles, March 27–29 at the Long Beach Convention Center, before continuing to New York Metro in Edison, New Jersey, May 1–3, and Chicago, June 12–14 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center.

Across the events, Volto Santo was featured within the GAMUT Village alongside adaptive clothing brands advancing inclusive design. The experience gave attendees an opportunity to discover and shop products that had earned GAMUT certification while seeing inclusive fashion represented on a larger stage.

Meeting members of the disability community, hearing how people interact with our products and watching customers experience our designs firsthand continues to influence how Volto Santo thinks about what comes next.

Accessibility Is the Future of Getting Dressed

Volto Santo was founded on a simple belief: making clothing easier to wear shouldn't mean compromising on what makes you want to wear it in the first place.

Accessibility and great design aren't competing ideas.

The goal is clothing that looks right, feels right and works better, whether a functional detail is essential to someone because of a disability or simply makes getting dressed easier.

Receiving the GAMUT Seal of Approval and participating in three Abilities Expo events across the country represents another step toward that future.
