About
Established in 2023, Volto Santo is the lifestyle apparel brand that redefines accessibility, seamlessly blending style and functionality. Our products are engineered to enhance your lifestyle: We feature adaptive clothing solutions that are easy-to-use for everyone, without compromising on our signature design and quality. In a world where technology, convenience, and accessibility are a priority, Volto Santo is fashion's next evolution.
Volto Santo was founded by Patrick DeCrescenzo. Patrick has left hemiplegia after suffering a stroke at birth, the left side of his body is partially paralyzed. He has always had a passion for clothing despite struggling with traditional aspects of clothing due to his disability. Doctors told his parents he may never walk, run or play sports. Volto Santo was inspired by Patrick’s desire to make clothing easier because of his disability, but quickly turned into the realization that the solutions Volto Santo has to offer can make anyone’s life easier. A magnetic zipper may be vital for someone like Patrick, but is also much easier for anyone to use in place of a traditional zipper.
Before Volto Santo, Patrick was a world cup snowboarder in the Paralympic circuit and multi-time national champion. Eager to make an even greater impact in the fashion industry, he seized an opportunity to work as an assistant to renowned fashion and streetwear mogul Tony Shellman. Shellman is the founder of multiple iconic fashion brands including Mecca, Enyce, and Parish. Under Shellman, Patrick learned how to build a clothing brand of his own and started building Volto Santo privately during his time at Fordham University, where in 2022 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication & Culture and a minor in Disability Studies. Now, Patrick is looking forward to introducing Volto Santo to the world.
